In late Spring of 2003 Dan Hunt took on the task of renovating the Old Franklin Library...now the Pace House Inn.

In 1905 Mr. Pace completed his home on this site that now sits at the top of Second Avenue. This stately Victorian home glows in the night as light shines through the origianl led glass windows. This 13,000 square foot home houses: Dan (the Innkeeper), Phinn (Chocolate Lab)...(Phinn stands for Pace House Inn), and Morgan (Yellow Lab Puppy)...Phinn's little sister. And then there is James who keeps the house running like clock work. Coffee, tea, or a cold beverage any time you would like. Just ask James for what you need.

From the entrance of the long hall ways lined with beautiful antiques, this house provides peace and serenity to all who enter. A step back in time will cause you to lose all your worries as you admire the high ceilings, fret work, and a night's rest that will only be awakened by the smell of James' coffee in the early morning.

The spacious bed rooms will provide plenty of room to kick your feet up and bedding that will guarantee a great night's rest.
